Hauppauge DivX Connected device?

FYI, Just passing it on...

Hauppauge DivX Connected device in the wild

http://www.engadgethd.com/2008/07/15...e-in-the-wild/

"What's this? A DivX Connected device made by Hauppauge? Judging by the image above and information from Karolis, that's exactly what it is. The same folks who (finally) delivered the HD PVR seem to be hard at work on another home entertainment box, though your guess is as good as ours when it comes to purpose, specifications, color options and price. So much for that whole "worth a thousand words" thing, huh?"

I said this on the EngadgetHD post already, but doesn't that photo look an awful lot like the HD-PVR except with a Divx-Connected sticker?

Seen your comments and don’t know what to think at this time. Noticed it was not on SAGE yet so here it is.
It probably does not have a purpose with the HD Media Extender already available.

I have a DSM-330 (Divx Connected) at home and in the process of a review of the unit. It seems like a Divx Connected device that would also hook into SageTV would be nice, but the HD100 is still the best option for me...

Maybe Hauppauge is just using the leftover boxes from HD-PVRs for testing their new DivxConnected device.

SageTV and DivX Connected?

Just curious about a very old press release I found about SageTV "support" of DivX Connected devices & services. Were these plans dropped? Or is there still some sort of plans for this?
