Sanity check my server setup (WHS, ComSkip, HD)

I am in the process of consolidating my Sage server, my file server, my bit torrent machine and my iTunes machine. I decided to move everything to my existing Sage machine since it has the most recent hardware and runs the quietest. I am about to order WHS and a new video card (the old one died). Once I get WHS up and running I want to start recording HD (w/ an HDHR) and running ComSkip on my SD recordings. Is there anything else I should upgrade?

Current setup:

• P4 3.2GHz, 1MB (2x512MB), 80GB OS drive, 3 PVR 150 cards
• External SATA case with 4 - 1TB drives (3 will be in the WHS managed pool for general files and DVDs rips, 1 will be unmanaged for Sage recordings) (I expect to add drives if/when the Sage recordings exceed the 1TB drive)
• 2 MVPs
• 1 HD100 (once HD recording is working I plan to replace 1 MVP with a HD100 and add another one more HD100, for a total of 3)
