Customization Idea: Picture Marker

Hey all,

I cannot for the life of me figure out this Sage programming interface. I have looked over the manual and still do not understand it. I do have an idea for a customization that would come in handy.

While reviewing pictures on the screen, if a button is pushed (on remote for extenders or keyboard for comptuer), then it will cause the information about the current picture to be logged to a file. You can then go back to this file to see the tagged pictures.

This would be really handy for reviewing pictures for grandparents. That way we could all see the screen, and it would be a whole lot more fun.

If anyone can put something like this together, it would be great. If you could help me get started, I could also work this out myself.

Awesome idea Rob,

Perhaps you could have print, burn and mail options. The tagged pictures could be saved to a queue and once you've finished you could review your selections and either print burn or mail them.

Sorry. I'm not likely to be of much help with teh coding bit tho .

It's not of much help, but I like the idea too. I occasionally see a photo that's blurry/my kid snapped of someones feet/taken of an item that I ebay'd two years ago/ etc. It would be nice to be able to tag them easily, then I could go back later and delete them.
