No DVD subtitles
Hello,

I am currently trying to find an alternative to Vista Media Center for watching and recording TV, and videos, music. I have a Hauppage WinTV Nova-T 500 dual DVB-T tuner card. I installed the trial version of SageTV and I got the following problem:

I cannot see the DVD subtitles, even when I activate them. I tried this on several DVDs, can successfully switch between audio tracks, but won't see any subtitle.

Any idea about this?

Which codec are you using to watch DVD's? I have found if I use any other codec than the Microsoft or Default decoders, I get no subtitiles.

Hello,
My DVD Decoder parameter is set to : "Default".
I can also choose "Cyberlink Video/SP Decoder (PDVD7)" or "SageTV MPEG Video Decoder"

Update: I just found that switching from Overlay to VMR9 solves this problem!
