.ts files won't show up

I only have 1 big bluray rip and it's a .ts file. It doesn't show up in my videos. All other dvd rips, avi's, etc. show up just fine. I checked the sage properties file and .ts is listed as an import file. Anybody have any thoughts?

I'm having a similar problem. I just installed a trial of Sage Client, and all my videos show up, except for my .mkv and .ts files (except for a couple of HD-PVR recorded files, which have a .ts extension). They are all in an imported directory, and I can browse to them and play them, but they won't show up in videos.

I'm not sure how to check Sage properties to see if they're set to be imported though.

Now they're showing up, but so are files from all the other share directories that should no longer being imported...

For me it was just waiting for Sage to "catch up" to the request to add or delete import directories.

If yours still isn't working, obviously something else is amok.

Something else is amok then, still not showing up at all. Can't play them either if I browse. It will play the audio but not the video.
