Help- sageTv is changing my desktop resolution!

When I launch sageTv (v6), it instantly changes my Windows desktop resolution to 640x480. I try manually changing it back, but sageTv keeps forcing it back to 640x480 no matter what I do. When I exit sageTv, the resolution goes back to 1920x1200 like it should be. Since this is not a media extender, there is no option in Advanced Setup => Multimedia for "native output resolution switching" of course. But it's almost like it's activated, even though this is just the normal sageTv program which isn't supposed to have this option or do this kind of thing. I tried a fresh install of 6.4.8 but it made no difference. Has any one seen this before? It's really driving me nuts.

SageTV normally uses the current resolution of your video card to render to the display. Are you running any plugins or alternate STVs?

Have you checked the properties of the 'shortcut' to verify that 'Compatibility' tab settings aren't checked for "Run in 640 x 480 Screen Resolution".

I'd also turn off Advanced -> Full Screen Exclusive

Wow, you are a genius. That was exactly the problem. I don't know how in the world it got checked, but the "run in 640x480 mode" box was checked on the shortcut created by the installer. I unchecked it, and now it's perfect.
