fresh install but old key
Well i was having too many problems with my old sage install so i formatted my computer but it turns out that i can't use my upgrade license for a fresh install. Is there any way around this? I am having the same problem with my extender license

You need both licenses: your original pre-V5 license and your V6 upgrade license. Enter the original license first and it will prompt you for the upgrade license.

oh ok, then in that case...is there a form where i can recover my old key

Send an email to SageTV (or use the tech support request form) and give them details of the purchase, such as your name & email address. They should be able to look it up. If you bought it from another place, such as PCAlchemy, contact them instead.

cool thank you. I usually keep my keys but it has been a few years since i have needed it
