USB-UIRT Remote Control Options
Can anyone assist me with these settings? I just got two new Dish Network VIP211s and a USB-UIRT. I'm currently only testing one VIP so here is how it is currently setup.
VIP211 Component and Optical to HD-PVR (running beta drivers) HD-PVR to Sage Server 6.4.8 USB-UIRT from Sage Server sitting in front of VIP211 No matter what settings I try the stupid VIP will not change channels. When I taught the USB-UIRT the IR codes it didn't seem to have any problems. I even added two commands for Select and Power and both work but I have to hit them twice in the Test Infared Code screen. Thanks for any help you can offer. EDIT: Nevermind, I just had to add the RepeatCount x line to the .ir file. Brent Benkstein Last edited by bbenkstein; 10-15-2008 at 10:57 PM. I thought the repeat code helped but it did not. Does anyone have any ideas that might help me out?

sorry again, I think it was just the placement of the USB-UIRT. I think it is all working now.
