License usage and problems

Ok, SageTV is finally working well enough to expand usage to the family. There are three of us, and I have 3 placeshifter licenses. Here are the problems:

1) We have more devices than people (MVPs, PCs) but only 3 people. But, if an MVP is left on in one room, even if it hasn't been used in hours or days, it still hangs on to the license. When a user tries to use a license on another device, he should be able to use one that hasn't been used in a while.

2) When there are 'no licenses left' it says that the Trial Period Has Expired. This is plain wrong. It should say that all licenses are in use and either automatically or manually give you the option to 'take over' a license which isn't being used.
