Is there a way to schedule comskip in MC?

I have sage MC which includes comskip. Can anyone tell me if I can schedule comskip to run in off peak hours. The reason I ask is I was trying to watch a show from my NAS (import directory) when Sage was recording two shows. (I am running a server as my client).

Comskip was trying to do it's thing and takes up quite a bit CPU and also my hard drive light was blinking like crazy. I checked and it was doing a lot of writing to the hard drive for both shows it recorded. Needless to say the server had issues with the imported show I was watching while it was trying to comskip. I went to task manager and terminated comskip, which stopped the disk writing and cpu hoarding.. and the file I was watching played no problem.

So, can I schedule comskip to run in off peak hours?

I know I should probably have a client server setup, but right now it's not feasible.

Use Comskip Monitor or Dirmon 2 to be able to schedule comskip to run.
