Dual Tuner PVR/DVR advice needed please

I am looking for advice please.

I have a Dell computer with XP Media Center Edition 2002 and dual analog tuners, and I pick up broadcast TV on an antenna. No cable or satellite and no plans to ever get cable or satellite. I use the PC to burn shows on DVD and then take them to one of two 26 inch analog TV sets and play them. The tuner will stop working in a couple of months when analog TV stops broadcasting over the air.

What I would like to do is have a DVR of some sort that can record up to 2 shows at a time. I would like to watch the shows I've recorded and watch live TV on the TV sets and on my new iMac. I would like to occasionally burn a show on DVD. I will use the PC if necessary to do the recording, otherwise I will disconnect and retire it, all it's doing is sucking electricity and recording TV.

If I could get a set-top DVR with it's own hard disk that would probably be best, but I'm not sure if there are any that I could pull TV shows from across the network to watch on the Mac or burn to DVD. I am confused by the huge number of hardware/software choices.
