Q on Sage Client Software + WMP
Not a tech support issue, but wondering...
Watching Nasa TV using Windows Media Player in a Window (under XP) Sage Client in another window - cannot playback video: error says sage.PlaybackException: ERROR (-4,0x80040217): There was a problem rendering the video portion of the content for playback. If WMP is not running, this error does not happen. a) not a very graceful error message if the problem is merely that WMP cannot have two instances of its DLL b) Is this normal? c) If I get this error from a Watch Live TV, I cannot see how I can stop the recording of unwatchable Live TV.
