FYI. You should not try to re-import over a previous import. Go back to a clean copy of SageMC and import from there.

Aloha,
Mike

In this case, what would have been the better way to go about it? Simply unzipping the download didn't work either.

Unzipping the folder isnt the problem, its when you imported over the previous version. If you have previously installed the import you MUST go back to a previous version of SageMC before you installed my import. The default install of SageMC_169 still exists and I suggest you load this version from within the default stv which will give you a clean slate. You can then install the latest version of my import. You will however have to set it all up again.

Are the HD logo icons and DVD video logo icons automatic? Or selectable?

OK, thanks. Not looking forward to tweaking everything again.

Loving it, although I'm still working on the fanart.

One request though - is there any way to change "Catagory" to "Category"?

I'll add this to the list of things to do for the next release.

For some reason, the Set Watched/Clear Watched options are not showing up for me. I did install the latest version and the left as back and edit video info are working for me. I see the Set as Watched option in the initial screen captures, any thoughts on where it went?

Are you looking at DVD's, if you are then it doesnt work for them. Its the same with the default UI. It should work fine for all other types of media.

Oh, I didn't realize that you couldn't have that toggle for DVD's. IS that something that could be added by you via your plugin or something that would need to be added to the core of sither Sage or SageMCE? Because for people backing up their dvd library's that option would be nice.

Dont quote me on this but I believe its down to the Sage core.

Thumbs up Use Movie Info for TV

Hi,
Once again this info screen looks amazing.
Can we use this info screen for TV?

I set up the screen to use it also from the TV screen for recordings. It looks good and it works fine.

However for future recordings it has a problem returning the previous screen.

Thanks

Wow! That looks Spectacular!!

Do you only record Series or do you have a method for getting imported episodes into your list as well?

I'd really like to apply something like that to the TV series that i have imported...

Do you mean something like Media Portals or Meedio's TV Series plugin? As that is on my most wanted list of things to do, unfortunatly I dont have the skill.
I may have found a way to make something similar but thats a long way off yet.

I love your work!!! This is an amazing addition to already a fantastic STV (SAGEMC) One thing that I would like to see, if you would be willing to consider. Is maybe having the text (w/ the shade in box) appear after a few seconds so that you can see the fanart in all its glory. And allow the user to have an option as to how long they would want the text to appear. For example after 2 sec, 5 sec, or not at all. I think this would really make the Fanart pop.

But otherwise, I don't think I can say enough that this is an awseome STVi. Thank you and of course thanks to Mike

Okay, I might be a bit dense, but I'm lost after specifying the Custom Programme Info Screen in the sageMC options in the instructions provided. You mentioned "Now as long as you have specified where your fanart is located..". Where do I do this?

Do I need to add this menu via sageMC dynamic menus? I only did the two steps you mentioned in the instructions. 1) Import stvi, and 2) select Custom program info screen. Currently, loading the this menu via dynamic menus without having any further instructions, produces the below seemingly broken menu (see screenshot)... and the default My Videos menu for sageMC is still the same:

In SageMC, goto My Menu -> Settings, and select "Import STVi" and import the "Movie_Info_Screen_V.1.0b.xml" file.

Next goto My Menu -> Settings -> SageMC -> Main -> Screen Specific Options -> Video Library -> Custom Programme Info Screen. Find "Movie Info Screen" in the list and select it.

Now as long as you have specified where your fanart is located and its enabled when you next visit the movie info screen you will be presented with the new layout.
