Can I use "Send To..." to open a file with another player?

I have some videos that SageTV doesn't do well with. Instead of reaching for the mouse, I would love a way to open a file with another program in the SageMC GUI--like a "Play With MPC" button, or a command like that on the existing "Send To" button.

Any ideas on how to configure that?
