HD200 Error (-12): There was a null object requested to playback

Firmware 1223 on HD200.

Ok, I realize that not a lot of people read the private forum, so I probably shouldn't have bothered to post about this subject in there.

Can anyone else test to see if they get the error above (in the subject) when playing back random files via the File Browser when using the Extender (HD200 in my case) in Standalone or Extender mode?

This error seems to come up whether trying to play files from a network share in stand-alone mode or when browsing the local filesystem in extender mode.

Sorting the file list affects/changes which files will play and which ones will report this error. Immediately trying to play the file again may (or may not in the case of stand-alone mode testing) allow the file to play properly.

Seems like a filepointer to the listed file is getting trashed while building the file list.

I haven't found any pattern to identify which files in the list will produce this error. I do know that it's happening with a file list as small as two files though. I've also tested with a list of over 100 files when using stand-alone mode.

Currently, I use the file browser quite a bit, so this is getting to be annoying.

I'll be happy to provide logging data if someone can tell me what to log and where to grab the appropriate log file.
