SageMC freezing up HD200

I'm currently running Sage 6.5.6 on my living room HTPC w/ SageMC loaded...all is working well there.
I have an HD200 extender in the bedroom (updated firmware to current), but if I try to load the SageMC stv, the unit locks up. If I then power cycle the extender, the unit locks up as soon as it connects to the SageTV server. I have to delete the properties file for the extender to get it to connect to the server, and start from scratch. If I then try again to load the SageMC stv, it freezes up again and so forth.
The extender is working fine without SageMC, but I'm not a fan of the default stv...SageMC is my interface of choice. Any thoughts as to why it isn't working for me? I'm pretty sure others are using SageMC on the HD200.
Would it matter than the extender is outputing 480i through component (regular old CRT television)?

SageMC is working solid on my HD200 so the problem is somewhere on your end. A good first step would be

a) Back up your SageTV directory
b) Update SageTV to the RC that just came out
c) Download and overwrite your SageMC with the latest full install (20+ MB)

Then give it a shot and see if you're still having problems.

If it works then the problem was probably with some left over junk from old SageMC configurations, in which case just redo your setup and you should be fine going forward.

If it still is having problems then the issue is probably in SageTV's properties file in which case your best bet will probably be to do a full uninstall/install of Sage. You'll be able to restore all of your recording using the wiz.bin you backed up in step 'A'.

Thanks Penguin.
I updated to 6.5.8 and re-extracted SageMC 6.3.8a, and everything is working as it should now.
