SageMC16x9 6.3.8a interface problems

I installed SageMC16x9 6.3.8a and find that:
a) favorites don't get added to recording schedule
b) "watch" screen right click used to have the option "toggle fullscreen" but doesn't any more. Also. <enter> used to display a progress bar at the bottom of the screen but doesn't anymore.
c) "detailed setup" used to show the standard SageTV setup menu but now just produces a blank screen.

I've used a prior version of Sagemc which (6.3.7a) which worked fine. Where did I go wrong in my installation?

Are you running the latest version of SageTV also? There are some features in 6.3.8 that require at least 6.4.

Edit: Also double check that you loaded the STV rather than imported it, its an easy mistake to make.

The latest SageMC also requires Java 6. Latest is Java 1.6 build 11.

Thanks for that information. I wasn't on sagetv v6.4. Now everything I mentioned is working except for scheduled recordings. I have a number of favorites defined but nothing shows up for scheduled recordings and nothing gets recorded (unless I specify it manually). Any ideas?

I forgot to mention that the lack of scheduled recordings is true also in the vanilla SageTV version.

And you're running Java 6. Make sure any otehr versions are uninstalled through the Control Panel of Windows.
