SageTV 6.5 Service Errors

I just updated to SageTV 6.5 release, and have noticed some strange errors in Event Viewer.

I haven't seen this with any other release. I've tried shutting down and restarting, to see if I can reproduce the issue.

Just curious if anyone else has seen this?
