R5000 DD 5.1 Question

I currently have a DISH VIP612 with a Hauppauge HDPVR. I have to set the DISH VIP612 to PCM (Stereo 2.0) on the SPDIF output or I get AV sync issues.

I also have 2 - Sage HD200 to play back on two TVs.
I have a Yamaha 6.1 System that sounds very good with true DD 5.1. It does a pretty okay job with (Stereo 2.0) but never as good as DD 5.1.

Two kind people shipped me R5000 captures to try and playback through the HD200. Both were MPEG. One file had 2.0 sound and the Video and sound was fine. The other file had DD 5.1 and sounded good but the video never showed up.

So my questions are:
1. Does anyone with an R5000 play Back HD video with DD 5.1 sound?
2. Are there any AV Sync or Video Playback issues?
3. Are you using an SAGE HD100 or HD200 for play back?
4. Did you have to set the VIP211 with any special options?
