SageTV Trial question use of HDHomerun with VMC

I've been a VMC user for a while and want to give SageTV a whirl. I'll be setting up SageTV on my WHS. Can the HDHomerun be setup so that it can be used by both VMC and SageTV?

Obviously I won't record more than just the two channels at the same time, but want to see if I can set things up so I don't have to swap config on the HDHomerun.

I do have a PCI tuner card I could probably finaggle into my WHS but I'd rather not. It's currently in my VMC. I'm wondering if I maybe just setup one of the tuners on the HDHR to work with SageTV.

The latest HDHR drivers will allow you to do this. But keep in mind the first one in locks the tuner so you could schedule recordings that won't be recorded by the other program because the tuner is in use if both programs have access to both tuners.. And yes-you could have one HDHR tuner for VMC and the other HDHR tuner for Sage. It is up to you.
