HD200 - different firmware different problems

right now i am running final 20081230 - not playing ogg-files.
Any beta firmware afterwords results in playing ogg-files, but playing divx-files is only possible with no skipping, either forward or backword.
If doing so, sound will never be synced untill stopped and started from the beginning.

TS-Files will play or not - no idea about this.

Untill today i could not even see one share in my network (i have a dreambox running doing this just fine) but i do not mind as i am using the extender in client mode.

Is there any chance to have the HD200 running in a mode compared to the MVP so i don't have to wait for any surprises on upcoming firmware ?
Is there an Option i have not found yet to play Music i am scrolling in folder mode just pushing ONE button (which Meedio did perfectly, there was a play and a Playlist mode)?

i just updated to beta 20090225 and all of what i have mentioned is corrected ..
