Placeshifter Playback execption error

So I'm connecting to the server via my laptop on my lunch break.

A couple of days ago, everything was working perfectly. Today, whenever I try to play a tv show, I get a "Sage Playback Exception Error". Music and pictures are working fine.

I tried rebooting the server and the problem persists. How can I fix this?

I rebooted the server again and after a couple of disconnects and reconnects of placeshifter, it started working again.

So I am still having this problem.

I am VPNing into my network and then running placeshifter. Connecting with placeshifter is very quick once the vpn is connected.

I usually have to go through this process of disconnect, reconnect, restart to get any video playing.

I have not been able to connect to placeshifter and it just work. It takes several tries and a good 10 min.

I will note that I only get this trying to play recorded tv. Music always works fine.

Has anyone else experienced this.

I can usually run Placeshifter and play a video, but if I STOP a video (or if the video ends naturally) and THEN I try to play a second video, THAT'S usually when I get this error.
