MKV file pixelization
I have been backing up my BluRay/HD-DVD movies to MKV files to play over my network from any TV. They play great in XBMC (my old solution), but whenever I try to play them in in the HD200 I get extreme pixelization to the point that it is unwatchable. Every time the screen changes slightly I see the new image on top of the previous few images. The regular content (SD) plays fine, but I really bought this for the HD content that I thought I would be able to stream. Any ideas how to fix it or anyone have some known settings for MeGUI that I can use to encode the movies into a format that the HD200 likes? I am using the HD200 in standalone mode streaming my files from the same NAS that my XBMC computer gets them from.

The HD200 is pretty picky about the number of b-frames in the video. IIRC, it likes it to be under 2 and a lot of meGUI profiles have it upwards of 6.
