air is good, cable picture unwatchable

I'm setting up my first sage tv build so bear with me. I'm trying to use a wintv-pvr-150 that works fine with tv, but only seems to give me a picture on standard tv with sage tv. When I set it to cable the picture is barely visible, if I set it to broadcast picture is perfect but only up to channel 13 of course. The wintv software that I downloaded with the drivers for the card works perfectly. It looks like the fine tuning system might be set wrong but I can't find any settings. This looks like it should be simple to fix. Help.

It is analog cable, I get up to channel 70 on my system without a cable box.

Is it possible to change the fine tuning or type of cable system? If I change the source to use broadcast instead of cable then channels 2-13 come in perfectly. I am trying to set this up on WHS as I would eventually like to get a hd the.ater for my living room and pc watching through placeshifter I don't understand why hauppage's wintv works without a problem and sage is having such problems.

I searched further in the forums and found other people have had this problem too. Here is one http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...&highlight=hrc and here is another http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/show...ght=freq+shift. I tried all the suggestions, no luck. Until I can figure out what is going on I will probably go back to mythtv, at least I could record all the stations with it. If I have to spend extensive time debugging software just to make it work at least I shouldn't have to pay for it.

If you have not done so, you should submit a support request directly to Sage support:
http://www.sage.tv/request.html
They might already have a solution, you never know.
