Dell Poweredge 2650 Pukes with HP PVR-350

I have a Dell Poweredge 2650 that I'm trying to turn into a SageTV Server. I tried to install my HP PVR-350 card and I got a whole bunch of system voltage errors. Specifically here they are:

ESM GB1 2.5 Volt voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable event (3.60 V)
ESM MB 3.3 Volt voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable event (4.386 V)
ESM 3.3 FP Volt voltage sensor detected a non-recoverable event (4.386 V)
BP 3.3V voltage sensor detected a failure (4.360 V)

I did try another spare server with the same errors.

I'm guessing that this isn't going to work. I'm curious if anyone more electrically inclined than I could tell me what's going on.

Also, do you reckon that another TV capture card would work or do you think the 2650 just isn't cut out for the job?

Probably the issue is this:

3 dedicated PCI/PCI-X (full-length, 64-bit, 33/66/100/133 MHz; 2 slots on bus 1, and 1 slot on bus 2

Those are 64bit slots. 2 slots are on bus 1, 1 slot is on bus 2. DId you try all three slots?

Yep, all three slots. Same errors.

I tried to get some power specs for the PVR-350 but couldn't find anything. You would think though that the 2650 PCI slots should work just the same as a normal PC. The PVR-350 is currently running in a Dell GX-240.

The 250 and 350 Need 5 volt slot some OEM PVR 250MCE have 3.3 volt key
Your best beat is go with a PVR 150 or HVR 1600 or MCE Model
Do 5V/64-bit slots exist as well yes a few industrial PC did but need to say min of the OEM didn't enable it.

Ok, that makes sense since the Backplane (where the PCI slot gets its power) detected 4.360 volts (the PVR-350) and the BP is only configured for 3.3 volts. Oh well, back to the drawing board. Anybody want to trade?

Update - My brother brought over his PVR-150 and we stuck it into the 2650 and same voltage error occurred. I'm ok since I got a hold of a 2600 which has a 32 bit PCI card and my PVR-350 works in that.
