hd-200 hangs during playback

Finally updated to latest betas. Running hd-200 with latest betas for the hd-200 and sage server. During playback, the hd-200 just stops. Have to fast forward or back or skiip to get it to continue. Currently justed with avi hdvt.XviD.avi files. Will do this 3-4 times in 40 minutes.
Server is vista 32 on a quadcore SageMC interface.
Any ideas welcome.
