running the latest Beta on ripped DVD's that used to work before I moved them to another drive i am now getting this Error. any ideas?

the DVD images are hosted on an internal Drive but now they are hosted on an external drive.

when I try to play them they all say that they are an incompatible region. i only moved them. they all play fine in VLC and windows media player.

Any ideas?

How did you rip them?

Did you remove the region code during the rip or did you do a straight copy of the files to folders, or to iso's?

I used DVDfab mostly and some were AnyDVD rips.

is there any way to check what region they think they are?

VLC plays them just fine. as does Windows Media Player. I also downloaded Mplayer knowing that Sage uses that for DVD's and the external MPlayer works as well. just the internal version does not.

Try a different DVD Video Decoder or DVD Video Renderer; that may help. The error is coming from the operating system; so its something with the DVD playback configuration.
