The log is attached. I'm not sure if it is a problem or not, but when I unzipped the otrus.zip it said "no files". I went ahead and created the log and attached in case it worked as you intended.

bah... sorry about that... i must not be with it tonight...

use this jar instead... i also made it so DVD/BD objects will be considered... (hopefully this will fix your problem... i was filtering out all DVD/BD objects (not on purpose) before... but i seem to remember you are using DVD objects and the properties file you posted looks like it is for a DVD object too....

Sorry, did not catch this post earlier. Yes they are formatted in VIDEO_TS folders.

This latest ortus file recognizes them.

But, it loads them as it did when you had me code the path to the import directory. Everything is grouped under 24 as one banner with all 1276 episodes listed on the right.

Yes

HD200 -1 Recorded and Imported showed up

HD200 - 2 Recorded only, no Imported Same settings as #1

1.01.025 - Both HD200s have the same listing of shows with Recorded and Imported both showing up.

Can you try the attached ortus jar?

Same as before but no need to attach logs... It should group correctly now... i had some tv dvds that i finally fixed the metadata for and its working right on my system... i just want some confirmation before i push out a new build...

Wrong Show Title?

razr,

I think I found a small bug. When displaying some news shows the title is not shown properly - It is displayed as "Unknown". See attached .jpg.

that's not a bug... its the current design intent. If it does not find an episode title or description (and is grouping by show name) it will put unknown in the cell...

I think maybe filename? or just show and ID, perhaps? Im sure one could find something more informative to display there than unknown ?

filename, pathname or show and ID would all work (filename is basically this)... what are peoples thoughts?

that will not be descriptive enough... in your case that will just be "FOX 35 news at 5"... and presumably if you had more episodes in there they would all be the same.... i think im leaning towards filename or ShowTitle - ID (which are basically the same thing)

Nicely done! Works like a champ!

Thanks!

As far as clean up goes, I'm thinking I need to Change the ortis debug back to 4, turn sage debugging off and then wait for the new build to take care of the ortus and TVE patching changes we made. Does that cover it?

yup that sounds right...you can also delete the test xmls you downloaded (unless you want to keep them of course.

until the next release you can use the 1.01.025 xml without any patching and the latest ortus jar. All the immediate problems were in the jar.

Hopefully the new release will go out soon (i mean for real this time.. im just trying to add a couple of the other requests/bug fixes in)
