Help with MKV file playback

I have files and I get a shuddering playback. They were made with MakeMKV, MKV containing non-compressed mpeg2 with original audio.

My system is Windows XP with 4GB ram and a quad core Phenom. No direct playback all playback is through hd-200 extenders. Here is the MKVifo on the file.

Any idea what went wrong?
