SageTv MC works till reboot then crashes

I am using the latest version Sage TV in a new install of Sage

When I install the Sage-MC it seems to work normally and I can close and open the program without a problem.

But, when I restart my computer and try to open the Sage-MC it will crash, I only get a black screen and have to use task manager to stop the process.
