Ripped blu-ray language

Has anyone had any trouble with language options in .m2ts files? I got I Love You, Man in on bluray and I used tSmuxer to strip out the tracks I wanted. I made sure they were both english tracks (one was the TrueHD and then the AC3). Once I import, I have the option of choosing between the two but they are both director's cut audio. I can open the file in VLC and the audio is the regular english track. WMP will play it fine, I just don't have the option to choose the english track. I tried just dropping the single .m2ts stream in the import folder and it gives me 4 options for audio. But, no matter which one I choose the same audio plays in a foreign language. There is no way getting around it.

I had read that .mkv files were giving trouble with languauge tracks in previous betas but I wasn't sure on .m2ts files. I ripped it straight to my drive so I still have the original BD structure.
