Can't Tune 12-1

Just had a big switch in my cable service today, and the CBS HD signal was gone after I rescanned with my tuner cards. I scanned with my DTV, and I found it at 12-1. RCN dropped analog today, and most of the Clear QAM signals got moved around.

Any thoughts? Thanks.
