AC3 passthrough with my MacMini
I have my Mac Mini hooked to my receiver with an optical cable. I hear sound but how do I get it to output in Dolby Digital? From what I have read the only thing that will do that is the DVD player program. Seems really hard to believe considering it is so easy to get my Windows PC's to output what I am after.
