SageTV randomly stops play and either returns to main menu or corrupts screen

Hi,

Just started to test SageTV as a replacement for my Mediaportal setup.

Have a server and 2 HTPC's, server in P4 3GHz, 3 GB ram, GBE network, clients are mac mini's, running vista, 1.8 Ghz core duo, 2 GB ram.

They both have the same issues.

Playing DVD's locally, live TV or films held on a network nas, randomly, they playback will stop and the machines will return to the main menu, or the screen will become corrupted whilst the audio still runs.

I had stability issues with MP, but this has my wife and kids up in arms.

DVD's, videos etc all play without any issue outside SageTV and using MP.

Latest java installed, only running AV, tried disabling that, no change.
OS fully up to date, video drivers up to date.

Any ideas pls ?
