Is there an anti-repeat dealay for USB-UIRT?
Is there any way to set an anti-repeat delay in Sage when using the USB-UIRT as a remote receiver?
I am trying to use a Hauppauge 45-button remote with the USB-UIRT to navigate inside Sage, but I have run into two problems: 1.) When I teach the commands in Sage, I find that every button on the remote can generate at least 2 unique remote codes - so must teach each button multiple times. 2.) Sage seems at times to be overly responsive to button presses, so even though I press and release the remote button pretty quickly, Sage often behaves as if I pressed the button twice. I see other applications have an anti-repeat delay setting, so if you hold a button down on the remote, it doesn't get repeated unless you hold it down for a certain amount of time. Item 2 has me stumped...

I have exactly the same problem since I started using the USB-UIRT. I'd love to see a solution (other than "fast fingers" on the buttons).

not sure this addresses your issue, but i use my urc mx-800 to control sagemc via girder. girder has the ability to set an anti-repeat delay to prevent the kind issue you mention.
