HD100 Eliminate Subtitles
I've used VOB2MPG to rip individual TV episodes from DVD.
When played at the client PC they are fine, when played via my HD100 they contain English subtitles. I'm running the latest? beta firmware. (20090731) I also tried the official release firmware. Any suggestions?

Am I the only one doing this?
I played the file thru my MVP and got the same results. I'm thinking the problem has something to do with the HD100 not handling the AC3 stream properly; i.e. playing the wrong track? I don't know what to try next. Please take a minute to offer your advice.

you should be able to hit options during playback and title on/off the subpicture....

Thanx for the response.
As stated in my first post, the firmware version is the latest beta. As for turning off captions using the OPTION button, I tried that. Remember, I'm working with an MPG file that was ripped from a DVD. I have the same problem if I try to play the original VOB file directly from the DVD. Can someone verify that they DON'T have a problem doing this?
