HD100 not finding server (other 2 are)

I have been having issues once in a while with my HD100 connecting to my Sage Server. The last time it happened it turned on and found no servers, but looking at my network settings it has a correct IP. I rebooted (via switch) same thing. but going to one of my other Sage Boxes ( have 3 HD 100s) it connected right up. Firmware is the latest as well

Come back to the problem one, do a refresh and it found the server. Now I thought it could be the Network switch between the hd100s and the server but the correct IP (DNS) tells e that should not be the issue, especially when the other one on the same switch works.

I have thought it could be the PowerCaps. I bought this particular unit in May of 2008 I think. Anyway I ordered the Caps to swap for all 3.
