Questions on STV: SageMC 16x9 Version 6.3.9a

I understand after reading MeinMaui's sticky that this theme has been "frozen". I will read the other thread for more info. This is an excellent theme and as soon as I got my MVP's all over the place I rolled it out.

Two questions:
a) The concept of grouping videos by a GROUP is great - I checked under the default theme and it doesn't appear to be there so I assume it is part of THIS theme only?

Is there any way to mark videos in a way so I can do a MASS "SEND TO ... " group x? Rather painful having to do each one at a time.

b) Theme does NOT allow one to select multiple channels for a series - ie record only if it appears on 301, 302 or 303. It only has a +/- and a SINGLE channel is allowed - unless there is something I need to do. 99.9% of the time one channel is fine.

Does one, if they want multiple channels, go back to the base theme - to set up the series with the channels desired? (AFAIK, unless one would OPEN to edit the series, "multiple channels" would not be lost - right?)
