HDHomeRun Dual tuner

I'm having a strange problem.

I'm running HDHomeRun dual tuner with firmware and software of 20100213.

I just download the trail version of SageTV.

I added both tuners and scanned channels. In the setup I have previewed channels, mainly so I could disable the non-english channels.

Now here is where the problem comes in. When I try to watch live tv with Sage all I get is NO SIGNAL on all channels.

I can go back in to setup and preview the channels and it works fine.

Any idea?

Thank you,
Chuck

Did you perform the required channel scan on both tuners, not just one of them? This link from one of this forum's stickies has the instructions:
HDHR setup for Windows

Yep

Did a channel scan on both tuners.

The confusing part is the fact I can preview any channel on either tuner when I'm in setup.

I had the same problem.

Everything was up to date, but I could not get anything but the preview in the HDHR setup.

I think I rushed the setup and messed up the .frq and .scn files. I deleted both sets of these files and went in a re-ran the setup, making sure everything was correct BEFORE I hit Apply in the HDHR setup.

Then once I went back into Sage, it worked fine.

Not sure if this is the "approved" solution, but it worked for me.

Don't rush the setup or it won't work.
