Video stops playing, but sound continues

I've been having an issue with Sage7 on Windows 7 x64. My video (both HD and SD) will be playing fine, and then occasionally (maybe once/day) when I press the skip forward button (either the large skip, or the small skip) the video will become a still frame, but the audio will continue. If I stop the playback, and try to reenter the video it just goes all the way back to the beginning of the file, but nothing plays at all. The only way to recover from this is to exit Sage and then restart Sage (not the computer, just Sage), then I can continue watching without issue.

Sys specs are below:
Sage 7.0.12
Windows 7 x64 Ultimate
AMD x2 3800+
2 Gigs of memory
1 SSD for main HDD
2 500 Gig HDDs for recordings
Hauppauge HD-PVR

It's a fresh install of Windows with nothing on it except for Sage, and the drivers needed for HD-PVR. So it's very clean. I'm using the Sage decoder, and the MS H.264 decoder. Nothing odd, and I don't have any extensions.

Any advice?

What video card and Sage video renderer?

I'm using a Nvidia 7600GS with latest drivers, and the SageTV MPEG Video Decoder, and the MS DTV-DVD h.264 Decoder, and the EVR as the renderer.
