No you can't select those episodes to me they served 0 purpose and that is why our info gets rid of them.

As for the rows on the episode list I just found out that is tied to the same row count for series/seasons Which we obviosly don't want so I will change that behavior as well.

Huh, that is odd. I agree if you can't arrow over to them than what purpose do they serve? I like your solution of the info on the right, looks much better!

that being said you can shrink the episode list a bit by adding more rows to it to show more episodes.

cheers
I definitely understand what you're saying. Again, not having used it first-hand yet, I can't say for certain whether or not I'll have an issue with it. I'll give it a fair trial, though.

What happens when some or all of the metdata is missing, though? (I have this issue today with BMT and TVE.) I see the SxEx on the left side and the original airing date in the description when an episode it highlighted. If the SxEx info isn't available for some reason, it's not as easy to tell how many (if any) are missing without highlighting each one and making a note of the airing dates. If there turn out to be several like this or even an entire show for some reason (too new, perhaps?), then the user would need to go by the original airing date. While I'm sure we can sort by that, without seeing those dates, the sorting could possibly be off (or set incorrectly) and we wouldn't know it without checking the airing dates on each episode.

You can sort by airing date yes. Are you saying you want an option to view the airing date on each episode?

Plucky,
This plugin looks great - I wish I could try it. I am getting a download error when I try to install the Diamond UI. See the attachment. This is my 'test' machine at work. At home, I get a similar error that says it fails when trying to download the Phoenix-Core-2.3.zip even though I have the must up to date Phoenix Core installed. Any thoughts?

Yeah, I just tried again and it worked this time. Must have been some temporary issue on my end. Still not sure what's going on at home with the Phoenix dependency. I will have to give it another shot tonight. Thanks.

Just installed, looks great. Thanks for the hard work.

P

Edit: Ok, this is REALLY cool...I just found the "Show Fan Art" option for every screen (as you drill down).

Yes, exactly. I have to use that information quite regularly, sadly.

Are we talking "Skirge's Hidden Extras"

Maybe he should have to enter a secret code to activate them...

The wife might have something to say about you activating my hidden extras. Hey, if I can become (in)famous like some others, I'll take it.

Wait a second, there is a security feature built in, right? So, if I want to keep people out of the settings?

I did say "he" will be need to enter a code to activate them, implying you will be activating your own extras... Wait that sounds just as bad...

Okay, so here is the Phoenix error I get when trying to install on my client at home (see attached). The Sage gods do not want me to use this plugin evidently. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

That is either a bad zip uploaded by Phoenix or sage issue I would try and download that zip directly from googlecode and if it looks fine I would log it with sagetv.

I haven't updated phoenix core since oct 27th. There have been 955 downloads of that bundle. It appears to work (i just downloaded it to see that it does work). It may be that there was some corruption when sagetv downloaded it. You can try to install it again, and see what happens. If it still fails, then search for that zip file under sagetv and remove it, and then try agian.

I downloaded the zip directly and it is just fine. Could it have something to do with the fact that I already have Phoenix Core 2.3 installed, but on the server? I don't know, just grabbing at straws here.
