Yay! But... (and I can't believe I'm going to ask this already!) will it be possible to replace the non-fan art backgrounds with our own? -- I really miss the BLUE (again -- same thing happened with the MB Diamond Theme ). I'm fine with manually replacing the backgrounds, as long as I can

All the backgrounds can be replaced as you like. With the prior "MBDiamond" theme I used one image mapped to the different menu items in the theme.properties file to save space and reduce images, in the "Diamond" theme all of the original menu image files are back and can be replaced with what you like.

Everyone has there own preferences and are free to replace the images to their liking. I try to include images that show off the theme how I envisioned it, that being said I am constantly finding and replacing my background images as well

Cheers,

Jeremy

Looking good Jeremy! This level of work might, scratch that WILL get you an invite to the Phoenix club This theme is totally something that needs to have a 'phoenix' version.

Don't listen to all the lies those ORTUS folk say about Phoenix. We really are nice

Thanks for the kind words and the tentative invite for a theme . I've always had Phoenix/Ortus in the back of my mind and look forward to working on themes for them when released.

We've been working on the Diamond theme since around the time the orginal MBDiamond was released when PluckyHD and I joined up. Plucky has added moral support (I have to endure a lot looks from my wife), various tweaks, menu mod and the BG fanart code, Phoenix code that is, see Ortus guys can play nice

Cheers,

Jeremy

Will you be releasing channel logos as well? These look really sharp.

If you are meaning the "framed" look around the logo, that is the thumbnail background and any transparent channel logo will look that way in the theme.

The logos are from the "Canadian Channel Logo Pack Transparent" posted back in July, here is the link to the v6 download area and description,

http://forums.sagetv.com/forums/down...do=file&id=388

Plugin is also in the repository for v7 in the Images section.

Cheers,

Jeremy

Hey Jeremy, any chance of making the Main and Sub nav panels on the homescreen different graphics for each one? I've been playing around with MBDiamond homescreen and notice the sub nav graphic has to stretch so it distorts and border/frame.

Clay

EDIT: Guess I could edit the path in the properties file huh.

You should be able to get them to use the same graphic with the use of Scaling Insets if you really want the same thing in different sizes.....

It might take some studio tweaks.

Thanks but we are not using the same graphic. I already tweaked the entire main menu to get the look we want.
