I was under the impression that Diamond required the installation of (or installed automatically) one of the movie metadata plugins – BMT, SMM, etc. Is this not true? Does Diamond function without any of these installed, or without any metadata files for movies/TV shows? Would you just get blanks where movie descriptions, director, year, rating, etc., etc., would otherwise be shown? If you had manually-created backgrounds and banners, can you point Diamond to those folders and have it function in those aspects?

It installed phoenix core services but doesn't really on BMT. With the next build you can specify your fanart structure within the folder if you use a different provider. IT doesn't install SMM or mymovies. Diamond is 100% it's own but relies on other apis to get some of it;s functions

Sorting S E

It appears that there is a bug when sorting S and E... at least for the Green Hornet. All my other series appear to sort correctly.... spoke too soon also Level 9 has problems/

Is there a way to remove "playon" from the main menu? I don't use the play on plugin so it's sort of silly to have it there.

Two things just because the props file says that doesn't mean it is what is currently in sagetv. What does BMt show? Did you specifically set the sort to season /. Episode on the episode list sceen?

Yes they are sorted by season/episode in the options. They just do not sort correctly in the view.

BMT screen attached.

No idea on that one are you sure you are sorting right? Just selecting show seasons for instance doesn't change the sort. I have never seen that and it doesnt make sense......

Yes here is one that is sorted correctly. The ones that are not sorted correctly appear to not have an original airdate... in details screen

for ex.

Level 9 ... Greem hornet ... No Original Airdate in details sorts badly.

Then it seems it is actually sorting by Original Air Date instead, which is why most appear correct. The fact that the Green Hornet doesn't have OAD's would be why it appears to not be sorting by episode number. All have the same 'zero' date (12-31-1969)

(This also brings up a limitation of the dates used, as I don't think sage supports OAD's prior to 1970 - or it might just be a big un BMT not handling 'negative' time stamps)

I don't have the source yet but I am 99% sure you are sorting by original airdate and not season episode. Check your sorting order on the episode screens of the ones that are wrong. I am pretty sure my code defaults to season episode if no OAD is found.

Plucky as you see in the screen shot above options.jpg I am sorting by season/episode. I double checked triple checked and anything that does not have an Original airdate is sorted wrong.
