Some files corrupted/gone, sage still shows and can't delete

Lost yet another hard drive yesterday. Nothing on it was that important, and most shows were moved to other drives. Apparently some got corrupted, as sage can neither play nor delete them,. just results in the spinning circle. So now it's sort of a minefield, you never know if your show is going to come up, or if you will have to go pull the plug on the extender. I am now dealing with WAF and EFAF (entire family), as this random misery has been going on for 9 months now between all the hardware and OS failures.

can I have sage rescan the recording drives or something to determine what's really there or not, like the imported media drives?
