Placeshifter full screen, still stuck in a window
This has to be easy, and it was working at some point. When I put my placeshifter in full screen mode on my Windows 7 client it remains always inside of a maximized window, never truly going full screen. I have tried all combinations of cntrl-shift-F, using the full screen icon at the top of Sage, selecting full screen from the setup menu, etc.
Anyone know of a way to break the Placeshifter out of a window and go back to a real full screen mode? The client installed on the same machine DOES work properly in full screen mode...

I will post my own fix incase this can help someone else. If you disable the "sage custom title bar" in the Placeshifter settings it will cause this behavior.
