Placeshifting 1080i H.264 content in V7

Can anyone reliable use Placeshifter to watch 1080i content, even over your LAN and even with transcoding turned off? I thought that this was supposed to be fixed in V7 but I still can't get it working even with a lot of CPU (i660) in my server.

I use PlaceShifter through Windows Home Server SageTV service and can do all but play the HD content from my backed up BluRay discs. It appears I have the same problem as those who use TV recording capabilities. I can't tell if SageTV has the same problem because my server has no graphics card - I stream only.
I have however gone through and played with the codecs in the detailed setup of SageTV which I am assuming is the server. I notice there is no detailed audio/video setup in PlaceShifter to select codecs, but there is in SageTV. I would guess it is something on the server side.

Lowering the resolution to 720p from 1080i helped the frame rate out. The audio was off a bit (I use digital optical) i wonder, if I change it to analog audio,it might actually work.

My server is amd optron 165(1.8 ghz dual core) whs with a nvidia 7900 512 video card

Im not sure if my server is beefy enough for the 1080 option, but it should do 720. It would be very nice to get HD content on placeshifter going forward. Then maybe 3D
