Spinning Circle - Audio with no video

First off - I love myMovies - I have since it became available so thanks for the hard work Plucky..

There has been one issue that I've been wanting to get in here and ask for awhile however, and I keep forgetting about it until I start browsing my collection..

I have several titles that I add multiple disks too which are actually mapped to the folders that contain special features, extra trailers, Featurettes, etc. This is so that when someone selects the movie it pops up the view that you can select which feature or selection of that movie you would like to play. This part works fine and the menu selection always comes up.. However, once in awhile when selecting a video from this screen I get a spinning circle that never goes away, and I can start to hear the audio of the selection, but the video never comes up, and the only way to get out of this is to power off the hd300 and power it back on.. the back button doesn't work, or any other methods to get to a different menu..

Any suggestions? it seems to be random, but I can usually get it to happen if I am trying to go through and play a lot of different featurettes, or videos from this menu..
