Cheap Tuner Card on eBay
Hello all! I couldn't use this deal, but I just wanted to pass it along to the community for those who might be interested. There is a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-1800 HDTV Tuner Capture Card PCI-e on sale for $19.99 + $3.99 S/H = $23.98. It is the OEM version, so it only has tuners, but still a good deal. Also of note, while there are dual tuners, only one is digital. This is not my auction nor am I affiliated with the seller, so I assume no responsibility for your purchase should you choose to do so.

Agreed, but you can't get into any tuner card for much cheaper.
