No Dvd covers

love how Pheonix looks and functions. The only problem I have is the dvd covers won't display. I setup the dvd profiler xml and covers location and when I revert back to sagtv 7 stv it does show covers. I tried rescanning library and that didn't work. Could you please help.

Are you sure BMT is picking up the covers and that v7 isn't just grabbing the covers that are folder.jpgs in the same folder as the movie?

If BMT isn't working and displaying your posters/backgrounds and your central fanart directory isn't accumulating the fanart then Phoenix can't/won't display it...

I could be wrong (it's been a long time since I looked at fanart), but I'm pretty sure BMT/Phoenix doesn't look for a folder.jpg (but maybe it should, if there isn't any fanart)

Doesn't the default version of v7 look for folder.jpgs? Maybe he's not using BMT anyway... I don't know jut throwing ideas out there.

Yeah, I think that Sage7 STV does look for them... I just don't think that Phoenix does.

I do have folder.jpg files and the default ui uses them, but Pheinix didn't see them but it did display the synopsis and runtime, but no cover. I installed the BMT web interface and looked at it and none of the covers were displayed. I told it to look for metadata and set it to overwrite existing data. I then did a rescan in sage , now everything is there. Thanks for your help.
