Question Phoenix Screenshots

Is there any chance someone could post some cool screenshots of various menus?

It would be great to see all the screenshots in one place; maybe, even consider making the screenshot thread sticky? I've only see glimpses of Phoenix; and, really liked what I saw.

Thanks,
MKANET

Thanks I'll install it. Is there a reason why there are no screenshots? Typically, with every sageTV makeover; such as SMM, sageMC, Diamond, misc skins, major plugins, etc there are at least some screenshots for people to see before having to install.

Given that there was an entire thread dedicated to screenshots for the past year, it didn't seem important to have another thread with screenshots as well. Plus we didn't feel we needed more screenshots to showcase it

I think you might have put the wrong link. That's doesnt have any relevant screenshots except for the Main Menu; which is already included when you try to install the plugin.

That looks pretty awesome! I might have to take a look at switching from SageMC to Phoenix even if it is in beta.

What about the music screen? I don't think I have seen any shots of that yet. Is that updated in the public beta? I haven't had time to install it yet, but looking forward to trying it out soon.

Nope there are notebaly a few things missing. Music being one of them. If you head over to the Phoenix subforum it'll have what's there and what's to come. Even in it's infancy more toddler age I guess it's worth switching to. Hands down best ui replacement since sagemc. In my opinion.

There are quite a few movieout there on YouTube that bialio posted at one time or another.

At this point Phoenix is so solid in my opinion just install it. You'll love it. :-)

That's so nice. Better than any screenshot. It looks like it does most of what I want. Me and my wife listen to the radio almost as much as we watch TV (sirius radio, slacker, pandora, and local FM radio stations) using Slimplayer. If sageTV's future wasn't uncertain, I'd request Koelec to consider making a slimplayer plugin for it.

Does slimplayer support pandora? I use pandora via Playon right now, and it is very clunky.....

Yes, as a matter of fact we're listening to it righ now on the living room extender; and just a few minutes ago my wife selected "I like this song". It supports pretty much every radio network; including automatically adding our local FM radio stations. You just install squeezebox server on the sageTV server and forget about it. Just a couple of known issues though..

- Only works on the local server and one extender. If you want to switch to a different extender, it has problems.

- One person said that he couldn't get it to work on WHS server. So, not sure if it works if it's compatible with the WHS version of sageTV media center.

Bialio, I just talked to Koelec. He's on vacation right now. When he gets back, he will look into porting Squeezeplayer over to Phoenix. That is, if I can convince him to switch to Phoenix
